Our refund policy depends on the reason that you are requesting a return and is set forth below. If you have a question concerning our policy, please email us prior to purchasing any deal.

Issue: You simply changed your mind. Any unredeemed certificate may be returned for a refund for any reason (or no reason) within 14 days of purchase. After that, all sales are final.

Issue: The vendor went out of business PRIOR to the expiration of the promo code expiration date. Send an email to info@ConejoDeals.com and we will issue you a refund.

Issue: You have tried to contact the vendor to schedule an appointment for a service PRIOR to the promo value expiration date and a) they won't return your calls or b) they won't accept your certificate or schedule an appointment. In this case, please email us at info@ConejoDeals.com PRIOR to the expiration date so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. If we can not resolve the issue within 48-hours, we will issue you a full refund.

Issue: The promo value expiration date passed and you contacted the vendor and they will not accept your certificate. We can not issue you a refund once the promo value expiration date expires. However, you should be able to use the amount that you paid for the certificate toward the retail value if you would like. Issue: The service was not as advertised. If you did not receive the full service that you was described in the ad, please email us at info@ConejoDeals.com asap and PRIOR to the promo value expiration date and we issue you Conejo Cash or issue you a partial or full refund depending on the circumstance.

If a vendor featured on Conejo Deals goes out of business after the promotion value expiration date, Conejo Deals certificates purchased for that vendors products or services will likely have zero unless a court offers a remedy for debtors as part of a bankruptcy proceeding. As noted above, Conejo Deals does not issue refunds or credits for unused or partially used certificates when a vendor goes out of business after the promotion value expiration date.

Conejo Deals will feature a 24-hour deal during the weekdays and each deal changes at 12:00 midnight PST. Good news! On Fridays the deals will last for three days, from Friday through Sunday, provided they don’t sell out! New deals will post daily starting at 12:00 midnight PST. On holidays the deal will feature for two days–the holiday and the day before or after. Our Side Deals may be featured for an entire week.

Each Conejo Deal has a unique set of conditions, which will be posted on the deal page. These conditions will also appear on your Conejo Deals certificate when you print it. These conditions are not negotiable.

Yes. The business that you are buying from has no way to give you change or to reduce your Conejo Deal to a reduced amount. If your certificate is good for $20 worth of coffee, you will need to buy $20 worth of coffee and pay for it with your Conejo Deals certificate.
